Elite HR Logistics was founded as a means to give back to the people and their communities. I had an idea that I believed in, the knowledge to implement it, and the fire inside me to light it up. This idea has evolved into 22 amazing years in business, and 25 years of industry expertise.
I have an Associate degree in Business Management, I studied Psychology for two years, and I worked in Marketing for seven years before I decided to resign. I spent more time on the road than I did with my family and the lifestyle wasn’t working for any of us.
My personal values became a guidepost in my search for employment. I found a position with a staffing agency that offered the balance I was seeking and work that had meaning. My clients were down to earth and our conversations were inspiring. I joined the California Trucking Association in 2002 to learn more about the industry and I’ve been a member ever since.

In my 20 years of experience in Human Resources, I’ve witnessed alarming gaps in communication and efficiency in some of the larger businesses I’ve worked with. This, of course, was extremely discouraging in my earlier roles.
Once I shifted my perspective, I began to understand how to use these experiences to my advantage. As the Chief Talent Officer for Elite HR Logistics, I take the time necessary to listen carefully to questions, concerns, and general feedback regarding business operations.
Remaining open to the needs of others fosters trust, respect, and rapport. When our internal staff feels supported and fulfilled, they are empowered to provide the same level of service and expertise to our external customers.

Hospitality has always been an underlying theme in the work that I do. Being of service to others is something that cannot be taught; it comes from within.

I have been specializing in employee management, HR, safety, building maintenance, and State/County/Federal Compliances for more than two decades. As Elite HR’s Safety and Compliance Coordinator, I have the opportunity to support and celebrate the bloodlines of our nation with an amazing team of talented women who love what they do. Our combined passion and expertise keeps our spirits high and our operations running smoothly.

I’ve been involved in the administrative and accounting field for more than two decades, and payroll management over the last four years. During this time, I always found myself on the ground floor of system development. From testing to teaching, I have mastered a variety of software systems that companies utilize.
When Elite HR Logistics found me, I went through a process similar to our employees before I was hired as their Payroll Manager. This firsthand experience demonstrated the true impact Elite HR can have on a person’s life. I have a great respect for the work that I do and the people I work with.
