Step 3: Skills & Experience Assessment

Every assignment and worksite is different. That's why we perform hands-on skills and safety assessments to ensure candidates are prepared for the specific requirements of your operation before placement.

 

We evaluate each candidate individually based on verified background, documented work experience, and performance indicators, which may include:

 

  • Reference-based experience validation
  • On-site training and testing when required
  • Scored evaluations (where applicable)
  • Road tests at client sites or in-house screening
