Under the supervision of the Warehouse Supervisor at our Oakwood Village, OH facility, the Warehouse Associate plays a critical role in keeping our distribution operations running smoothly. As a leading distributor of water, sewer, storm drain, and fire protection products, we rely on you to accurately receive and store incoming shipments, maintain organized stock areas, and ensure materials are handled safely and efficiently.
On a day‑to‑day basis, you’ll pick, pack, and scan orders for both pickup and delivery, verify inventory counts against paperwork, and operate lift equipment to move pallets and heavy items. Your keen attention to detail will help prevent errors, support on‑time shipments, and uphold our strict quality and safety standards.
We’re looking for someone who thrives in a busy, hands‑on environment—comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs, working around varying temperatures and noise levels, and eager to learn new equipment. If you’re dependable, customer‑focused, and take pride in keeping things moving, you’ll fit right in with our collaborative, safety‑driven team.
Pay:
- $20/HR
Hours:
- M-F
- 7:30AM-4:30PM
Responsibilities:
- Pick, pack, and ship materials
- Load and unload truck orders
- Maintain accurate inventory in proper warehouse racking and storage areas
- Report all loss and damage to inventory; minimize loss and damage
- Maintain warehouse interior and exterior in a clean, safe and orderly condition
- Attends product knowledge meetings as required by management.
- Other duties as assigned.
Preferred Experience:
- 2 – 5 years Warehouse experience
- Forklift experience preferred but willing to train
- High school diploma or GED
- Water works (piping materials) or underground materials exp preferred
