Immediate Openings: Forklift Operators / Order Selectors – Fort Wayne, IN

We’re hiring energetic and reliable Forklift Operators/Order Selectors for our busy warehouse in Fort Wayne, IN! These are full-time positions with immediate start dates available.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for inspecting product loads for accuracy, operating forklifts safely, and efficiently moving materials throughout the warehouse to support on-time deliveries. Previous forklift experience is preferred.

Schedule:

• Monday – Friday
• 9AM Start
• 10 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• No weekends

Pay:

• $16.90/HR

Job Functions:

• Manually or mechanically load or unload materials from pallets, skids, platforms, cars, lifting devices, or other transport vehicles.
• Move levers or controls that operate lifting devices, such as forklifts, lift beams with swivel-hooks, hoists, or elevating platforms, to load, unload, transport, or stack material.
• Position lifting devices under, over, or around loaded pallets, skids, or boxes and secure material or products for transport to designated areas.
• Accurately pick products by matching numbers and products using voice headset
• Will be operating electric pallets jack or walkie-rider equipment
• Various Warehouse Duties
• Loading & Unloading Trailers
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness

Requirements:

• 1 year forklift experience
• 1 year of electric pallet jack / walkie rider experience
• Ability to lift 50lbs consistently
• Must have attention to detail
• Ability to work at a fast pace
• Ability to work in multi-temperature environments, hot or cool
• Self-motivated and able to work unsupervised.
• Pre-employment drug test and background check will be required prior to starting
