As a Warehouse Worker, you will play a key role in supporting and enhancing warehousing and distribution processes by applying your knowledge to improve safety, quality, delivery, cost, and team culture. Your contributions will directly impact the operating performance of the Distribution Center (DC) business unit, making your role essential to the team’s success.
This hands-on position requires a strong understanding of warehouse operations and the software systems that support them. You will be expected to help the warehouse run at peak efficiency by monitoring performance, troubleshooting operational issues, and actively participating in continuous improvement initiatives as part of the business unit team.
Operating within a highly automated, TPM-based environment, the Warehouse Worker must consistently execute standardized processes and follow established procedures in a High Performing Team setting. This role supports key functions across inbound, outbound, and the Raw Material Production Area, ensuring seamless flow and execution throughout the warehouse.
Schedule:
- 1st Shift 5am start time
- 2nd Shift 1:30pm start time
Pay:
- $19.78
- Paid Weekly!
Requirements:
- Must be able to work in a highly automated, fast-paced production environment with the ability to understand complex warehouse execution processes and systems.
- Mathematical aptitude to make distribution center and warehouse calculations and identify improvement opportunities
- Computer and software skills (Microsoft Applications and SAP preferred)
- Flexible, self-motivated team player with the ability to follow direction and work independently.
- Ability to spend significant time standing on the distribution center floor with some frequency of computer work
- Ability to lift, push, and pull 75 pounds frequently without assistance
