Qualifying Candidates From Coast to Coast: Onsite vs. Remote

We start by filtering out the resumes that lack effort or understanding of the position. When a notable applicant appears to be better suited for a different opening, we set their information aside. Once we’ve determined who our best candidates are for the role at hand, we make sure the applicant is comfortable with the following:

In order to be eligible for the position, candidates must be located within thirty to forty minutes of the job site to help ensure employee retention. After we have verified the top qualifying candidate’s skills, experience, and education, we conduct background checks, review DMV records, and schedule the required drug screens. When everything has been successfully cleared, we will provide you with their profiles to schedule your onsite interviews.
