1. When are time cards due?
9 am Monday - email, fax, or text it in!
2. When do you get paid & how often?
Pay is Weekly / Mailed - Wednesday / Direct Deposit & Pickup - Friday
3. In the event of an on the job injury, accident, or emergency who do you contact?
With any incidents or emergencies inform Elite HR Logistics & Client IMMEDIATELY.
4. What if you have any emergency outside of work, are running late, or cannot come in?
If running late inform Elite HR Logistics & Client immediately. If you need to call out, we require minimum 2 hour notice. NOTE: A No Call No Show is grounds for disciplinary action including and up to termination of Employment with Elite HR Logistics.
5. Important items needed on your timecard:
Your Name; Company Name; Time - In; Lunch; Time - Out; Supervisor Signature
6. When can cell phones be used at work?
Only On Break / If you are driving - wait until you are stopped and in safe location!
7. What is Elite's Dress Code Policy?
Dress Policy Code is (unless otherwise specified):
Jeans, Steel Toe & Slip Resistant Boots, & Plain Shirt with No inappropriate Logos
